The arrangement which already started several months back in order to properly scrutinize and make the event a memorable one had already been mapped out and different tasks given to the organizing committee.
The Executive Director of Trade Nigeria Hon. Nwabueze Buchi George in a meeting said that he wants the best out of the Nigeria - Korea Joint Trade Mission and Business Delegation. He also said " Even as Nigeria-Singapore Trade Mission was a success, the Nigeria - Korea Joint Trade Mission has to be by far better in both preparations, planning and participation from the SME's and business owners". "When the SME's and business owners are given the opportunity to participate in the Nigeria-Korea Joint Trade mission and Business delegation, they will benefit a whole lot and not only will they benefit, it will also rub off on the state in which they have their businesses situated in". Hon. Nwabueze Buchi George said.
Other plans for the Nigeria - Korea includes :-
* the launching of the World's largest Africa Continent Free Trade Area ( AfCFTA)
*Business Forum which involves getting a meaningful platform for promoting trade and business exchanges between Nigeria and Korea. Introducing Nigeria trade markets and present conditions and also find a way to promote national trade exchange between the two countries.
*Soccer match:- promotion of soccer and friendly relations between the two countries through friendly soccer matches. The match is going to be played between Nigeria's professional team and the K-league's professional team.
* Business counseling for entrepreneurs who need advice from the already established in businesses in other to choose the right path or choice of business.
*City Tour which include ground tour of some tourist sites and other famous locations in Seoul.
The Nigeria-Korea Joint Trade Mission and Business Delegation event's has been summarized below:
- Date 5th to 12th December , 2019
-Venue Grand Hilton Seoul Convention Hall
-Participants from both Nigeria and Korea. South Korea -Nigeria Embassy officials , including Korean KOTRA and Foreign ministry officials.
The program will also include the conference where delegates from the two countries will sit and interact and talk about best ways to elevated sustainable development and sharing of future prospects and current state of trade market of Nigeria and Korea. It would also include an award night where awards would be given to partners and friends of Nigeria in Business and Trade.
